After several days of sleeping/ fever, Brendan was awake enough to give a few "thumbs up" to the nurse when requested earlier today. Also, he was moved across town to Long Term Acute Care. We are so thankful for the cards he has gotten...if you'd like, feel free to continue to send cards to:

His family is able to stay nearby at the Saint Christopher Inn/ House -- a great establishment that was built for patient's relatives.

Great news to hear he is well enough to be moved! And I am glad to know there is a support system out there (St. Christopher Inn) for his support system. Thank you for the updates--keep them coming. And keep getting better, Brendan!
