7.21.15

Brendan continues to take very small steps in the right direction. A few times a day he responds to requests, such as "wiggle your toes", or "blink your eye" (left hand side only). On very rare instances he nods to a answer a question.  He tires quickly, so the nurses keep the questions to a minimum. In the meanwhile, we play him some bluegrass music.

We are so thankful for the incredible support so many have shown.  Also, we are so grateful for the medical care he has received...from Montana to Colorado.

    Every small improvement such good news. As I told Kathleen, you Georges are a strong bunch. Thanks for posting, so I don't have to bug K. every day ; ) Sending prayers for Brendan's continued improvements and healing, and thoughts of comfort to all family members.
