As always, thank you for the continued outreach to Brendan (cards, prayers, etc.)--you all are truly amazing! Brendan has an incredible support network in all of you.
Baby steps for both:
- Brendan is in a wheelchair, as noted on an earlier post. Staff and Brendan are working in therapy to move legs in various ways. His left arm does respond and he is learning to use it for some activities.
- Brendan is also working on memory. Again, this is improving each week!
- Brendan was able to get outside on some occasions with support from staff and his brother. He even got to see a sunset over Denver one night.
And, as always, a sincere thank you to Brendan's medical team. He is such a hard worker and in a good place to be with wonderful people to urge him to continue to be "Brendan Strong!"
